❓ SETUP & FAQ
Printing from mobile phone:
1. Download the "Phomemo" app from App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the app → top right → select M08F Series Printer.
3. Connect Bluetooth via the Phomemo app (not from phone system settings).
4. Load paper with the coated side facing up; insert steadily with both hands.
5. Open your file (Word/PDF/email) and share to the Phomemo app to print.
Printing from Windows / Mac:
1. Connect printer to PC via USB-C cable.
2. Install driver from the included U disk or download from phomemo.com → Support → Download Center → M08F (latest version: 1.0.2).
3. Load paper flat into the paper inlet — it will auto-feed.
Loading paper correctly:
1. Hold paper by the sides and slide gently into the printer.
2. Keep edges aligned with the guides on each side of the paper slot.
3. Push in about 2" until the printer picks it up — do not force.
